Benefits of Yoga during pregnancy.

Many woman who have practised yoga during their pregnancy are full of praise for the conscious use of breath to manage pain and anxiety during contractions, and the sense of being 'át home' in their physical bodies, allowing them to trust their body to move and breathe in the best way for themselves and their baby.  By paying attention to breath and movement, they achieved positive changes in their thoughts and feelings!
